Review: No desire to solve customer problems
Unfortunately I am yet to receive my items from Yourspares. A Paypal error meant that my house number was missing from my address. Yourspares dispatched the items anyway with an incomplete address before I managed to alert them to the error. So far they have refused to do anything about my missing items insisting that the original order needs to be returned by Royal Mail before they can issue a refund, a process they believe will take 4 weeks. Decent customer service and a bit of common sense would surely allow them to dispatch replacement items immediately while they wait for the original order to be returned. I am left really frustrated with no product, no cash to buy an alternative and some rather curt emails to say they will do nothing at this stage.
