I spoke to a nice young lady on the phone about a suspected fault on the charger. A prepaid address label arrived the following day 02/06/09. I returned the charger the same day. I received a phone call saying it had been checked and all was OK. The charger was back with me 05/06/09. Absolutely fantastic service. Six Stars
