How to change a Button Programme Card on an Indesit Dishwasher
Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket
Tools required:Phillips screwdriver
Indesit DI620 Integrated Dishwasher
Using the phillips screwdriver remove the console retaining screws
Remove further console retaining screws
Remove the console from the door panel
Console removed from door panel
Using a phillips screwdriver remove 1 retaining screw from timer module
Gently lift the timer module to give access to the Button Programme Card
Push back the small plastic clip & remove the Button Programme Card
Make a note of how the wires fit (a photograph is useful)
Remove the wires from the Button Programme card
Take the new Button Programme Card from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance
Faults in PCBs are generally caused by faults elsewhere in the appliance
These faults should be corrected first to prevent further damage to the new PCBs
The installation of PCBs should be carried out by a qualified electrician
Manufacturers will not guarantee PCBs not fitted by a qualified electrician
Replace the wires onto the new Button Programme Card
Fit the new Button Programme Card into the console
Using the phillips screwdriver replace the timer module retaining screw
Replace the console onto the door panel
Using the phillips screwdriver replace the console retaining screws
Replace further console retaining screws
