  6. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the side panel retaining screws

  7. Open the door & remove the screws behind the rubber edge cover

  8.  Remove the screws behind the rubber edge cover

  9. Remove further screws to the side panel

  10. Remove 2 further screws to the side panel

  11. Remove further screws to the side panel

  12. Remove 2 further screws to the side panel

  13.  Remove the Side Panel

  14. Locate the spring wire adjuster on top of the appliance

  15. Using the 4mm hex key release the tension on the spring adjustment wire

  16. Grip the plastic spring protector and slide it upwards to expose the spring

  17. The spring is now exposed connected to the door hinge

  18. With the door in the closed position grip the spring & push downwards to unhook

  19. Spring unhooked from the door hinge

  20. Unclip the door hinge from the door

  21. Using the flat head screwdriver release the retaining washer

  22. Remove the retaining washer from the hinge pin

  23. Washer removed

  24. Grip the door hinge and pull towards you

  25. Remove the door hinge

  27. Take the new door hinge from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  28.  Fit the new door hinge onto the appliance

  29. Push the new door hinge all the way onto the hinge pin

  30. Fit the retaining washer onto the hinge pin

  31. Using the pliers push the retaining washer firmly onto the hinge pin

  32. Clip the new door hinge onto the door

  33. New hinge in place

  34. Grip the door spring & push downwards to hook onto the door hinge

  35. Door spring in place on the door hinge

  36. Slide the spring protector over the door spring

  37. Using the 4mm hex key readjust the tension on the spring adjustment wire

  38. Spring wire readjusted

  39. Replace the Side Panel

  40. Using the phillips screwdriver replace 2 screws to the side panel

  41. Replace further screws to the side panel
    DI620 Side Panel 4
  42. Replace 2 further screws to the side panel
    DI620 Side Panel 3
  43. Replace further screws to the side panel
    DI620 Side Panel 2
  44. Replace further screws to the side panel behind the rubber edge cover

  45. Replace further screws to the side panel behind the rubber edge cover
    DI620 Side Panel 7
  46. Replace further screws to the side panel
