  3. Tools required:Phillips Screwdriver & a Socket for Jubilee Clips

  5. Lay the appliance on its side to expose the base

  6. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the base retaining screws

  7. Remove further base retaining screws

  8. Carefully pull the base out a small amount

  9. Locate the overflow unit on the inside of the base

  10. Make a note of the wires and remove them now remove the base

  11. Using the jubilee socket spanner release the sump to pump jubilee clip

  12. Release the clip retaining the high pressure sensor assembly to the pump

  13. Grip the pump

  14. Remove the pump from the sump

  15. Remove the pump from the high pressure sensor assembly

  16. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful)

  17. Remove the wire from the high pressure sensor assembly

  18.  Wires removed

  19. From inside the appliance grip the lower spray arm retaining nut and release it

  20. Remove the lower spray arm

  21. Grip the lower spray arm support & unscrew it from the high pressure sensor

  22. Remove the lower spray arm support from the high pressure sensor assembly

  23. From the bottom of the appliance remove the high pressure sensor assembly

  24. High pressure sensor assembly removed

  25. Take the sensor assembly from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  26. From the bottom of the appliance fit the new high pressure sensor assembly

  27. Replace the lower spray arm support to the new high pressure sensor assembly

  28. Tighten the lower spray arm support onto the new high pressure sensor assembly

  29. Replace the lower spray arm

  30. Tighten the nut retaining the lower spray arm

  31. Replace the wires to the high pressure sensor assembly

  32. Wires in place

  33. Fit the pump onto the high pressure sensor assembly

  34. Fit the pump onto the sump

  35. Tighten the jubilee clip retaining the pump to sump

  36. Tighten the jubilee clip retaining the pump to high pressure sensor assembly

  37. Replace the wires to the micro switch on the overflow unit

  38. Wires attached
    DI620 Overflow Container 1
  39. Replace the base
    DI620 Base 4
  40. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the base retaining screw
    DI620 Base 3
  41. Replace further base retaining screws
    DI620 Base 2
  42. Now stand the appliance upright

  43.  The appliance is now ready for use
