  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools required:Phillips Screwdriver
    Phillips screwdriver (small)

  5. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the side panel retaining screws

  6. Open the door & remove the screws behind the rubber edge cover

  7.  Remove the screws behind the rubber edge cover

  8. Remove further screws to the side panels

  9. Remove 2 further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 3
  10. Remove further screws to the side panels

  11. Remove 2 further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 5
  12. Remove the side panels on both sides

  13. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the lower back panel retaining screw

  14. Remove the lower back panel

  15. Lower back panel removed

  16. Locate the interference suppressor

  17. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the suppressor retaining screw

  18. Grip the suppressor & release it from the casing

  19. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them

  20. Wires removed

  21. Take the new suppressor from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  22. Fit the wires to the new interference suppressor

  23. Fit the new suppressor into the casing

  24. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the suppressor retaining screw

  25. New suppressor in position

  26. Replace the lower back panel

  27. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the lower back panel retaining screw
    DI620 Rear Bottom Cover 1
  28. Replace the Side Panels on both sides

  29. Using the phillips screwdriver replace 2 screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 5
  30. Replace further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 4
  31. Replace 2 further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 3
  32. Replace further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 2
  33. Replace further screws to the side panels behind the rubber edge cover
    DI620 Side Panel 6
  34. Replace further screws to the side panels behind the rubber edge cover
    DI620 Side Panel 7
  35. Replace further screws to the side panels
