  2. Remove the plug from the mains supply

  3. Tools required: PH2 Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver,

  4. 10mm spanner and a small plastic mallet

  5. Using a philips headed screwdriver remove screws holding the back panel.

  6. Lift the back panel away from the locating lugs and remove

  7. Make a note of electrical connections ( A photograph is useful }

  9. Using a ring spanner loosen the centre nut.

  10. Using a plastic mallet tap the centre nut to release the tension

  11. Using a flat headed screwdriver ease the rubber grommet away from the casing.

  12. Remove heater element from appliance.

  13. Take your new element  ensuring its the correct  one for your appliance

  14. Fit your new element,A small amount of sealant should be applied

  15. Tighten centre nut (Do not overtighten)

  16. Replace electrical wiring

  17. Relocate back panel into lugs

  18. Replace and tighten the retaining screws, your appliance is now ready for use.
