- How to change an oven door hinge on a cooker Indesit K341G
- Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket
- Tools Required: A Phillips Screwdriver & a Flat head Screwdriver

- Using the phillips screwdriver remove the handle retaining screws
- Remove further handle retaining screws
- Gently pull the handle and door glass away from the door
- Gently remove the door glass away from the door track at the bottom
- Door glass removed from bottom track
- Oven door glass and handle removed now open the door
- Using a flat head screwdriver raise the hinge locking latch
- Twist the locking latch over as far as it will go
- Using a flat head screwdriver raise the hinge locking latch on the opposite hinge
- Twist the locking latch over as far as it will go
- Close the door a small amount until the door comes up against the locking latch
- Check the door comes up against the locking latch on the other hinge
- Now lift the door away from the cooker cabinet
- Lift the door away from the cooker cabinet on both sides
- Hinge removed from the cooker cabinet
- Hinge removed from the cooker cabinet on the oposite side
- Turn the door over and remove the hinge retaining screws
- Remove the hinge from the door
- Remove the hinge retaining screws on the opposite side
- Remove the hinge from the door
- Take the new door hinge from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance
- Fit the new hinge to the door
- Using the phillips screwdriver replace the hinge retaining screws
- Fit the new hinge to the door on the opposite side
- Using the phillips screwdriver replace the hinge retaining screws
- Locate the new hinges into the cooker cabinet
- Locate the new hinges into the cooker cabinet on both sides
- Push the hinges well into the cabinet
- Push the hinges well into the cabinet on both sides
- Open the door fully & raise the hinge locking catch
- Push the hinge locking catch down into position
- Raise the hinge locking catch on the opposite side
- Push the hinge locking catch down into position
- Fit the door glass into the bottom door track
- New door glass in bottom door track
- Locate the door handle and glass into the door lining up the screws correctly
- Handle and door glass in place
- Using the phillips screwdriver tighten the door handle retaining screws
- Tighten further door handle retaining screws
- The appliance is now ready for use
