  3. Tools Required: A Phillips screwdriver

  5. Locate the rear panel

  6. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the rear panel retaining screws

  7. Remove further rear panel retaining screws

  8. Remove further rear panel retaining screws

  9. Remove further rear panel retaining screws

  10. Tilt the rear panel outwards

  11. Locate the terminal block on the inside of the rear panel

  12.  Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them BIMS31 Rear Panel 7
  13. Wires removed now remove the rear panel

  15. Locate the terminal to the oven grill element and remove the wire

  17. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the thermostat retaining screw

  18. Pull the thermostat away from the element terminal

  20. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them

  22. Remove the oven thermostat from its holder

  23. Take the new thermostat from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  24. Place the new oven thermostat into its holder

  25. Connect the wires to the new oven thermostat

  26. Locate the element terminal

  27. Slide the oven thermostat over the element terminal

  28. Position the thermostat retaining screw

  29. Using the phillips screwdriver tighten the thermostat retaining screw

  30. Reconnect the wire to the terminal block situated on the rear panel

  31. Wires reconnected

  32. Reposition the back panel onto the appliance

  33. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the rear panel retaining screws

  34. Replace further rear panel retaining screws

  35. Replace further rear panel retaining screws

  36. Replace further rear panel retaining screws

  37. Rear panel in place

  38. The appliance is now ready for use
