  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools required:Phillips & a small flat head  screwdriver

  4. Mole grips and a T15 Torx screwdriver
    Mole grip & 15T torx
  5. Remove the screw cover caps on both sides of the lid

  6. Using the T15 torx spanner remove 2 lid retaining screws

  7. Lift the lid slightly

  8. Push the lid back and remove it

  10. Remove the soap dispenser

  11. Using the phillips screwdriver remove 3 console retaining screws

  12. From the left pull the console away from the machine

  13. From the right un-clip the console

  14. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful)

  15. Release the wires from the control module by pushing them away

  16. Wires released now remove the console

  18. Remove the door seal from the outer casing

  19. Using the flat head screwdriver separate the retaining clip

  20. Pull the retaining clip away with the door seal retaining wire attached

  21. Remove the door seal retaining wire

  22. Grip the door seal and pull it away from the outer casing

  23. Grip the kick strip and pull it away

  24. Remove the kick strip

  25. Remove 2 screws retaining the top of the front casing

  26. Remove 2 screws retaining the bottom of the front casing

  27. Lift and slide the front casing upwards a small amount

  28. Pull the front casing away from the machine

  29. Using a flat head screwdriver release the plastic clip on the top of the hose

  30. Grip the dispenser hose and pull it away from the dispenser

  31. Locate the dispenser inlet hoses

  32. Grip the inlet hoses and remove them from the dispenser

  34. Remove the wires from the plastic clip

  35. Remove the plastic clip retaining the wires from the console back plate

  36. Wires and plastic clip removed

  37. Remove the dispenser

  38. Locate the plastic clip above the spring on each side of the machine

  39. Remove the plastic clip above the spring

  41. Remove the plastic clip on the opposite side

  42. Using a soft cloth for protection lay the machine on its back

  43. Using the mole grips attach them to the spring

  44. Pull the spring out of its location

  45. Remove the spring from the drum outer casing

  46. Remove the spring on the opposite side in the same way

  47. Take the new spring kit from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  48. Fit the new spring onto the outer drum casing

  49. Using the mole grips fit the new spring into its location on the outer casing

  50. Fit the new spring on the opposite side in the same way

  51. Stand the machine upright and replace the plastic clips above the spring

  52. Replace the plastic clip on the opposite side

  53. Fit the dispenser into the appliance

  54. Refit the wires and plastic clip onto the console back plate

  55. Wires clipped into place

  56. Replace the wires back into the plastic clip 
    WMA 60 Dispenser 4 (Small)
  57. Fit the inlet hoses into the dispenser

  58. A small amount of liquid soap will assist the fitting of the inlet hoses

  59. Fit the dispenser outlet hose onto the dispenser
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 5 (Small)
  60. Grip the plastic clip on the top of the hose and squeeze it to tighten 
    WMA 60 Dispenser hose 7 (Small)
  61. Locate the front casing onto the plastic lugs on the side casing of the machine

  62. Push the side casing into position and push down   onto the plastic lugs

  63. Replace 2 screws retaining the bottom of the front casing

  64. Replace 2 screws retaining the top of the front casing
    WMA 60 front panel 1 (Small)
  65. Replace the kick strip 
    WMA 60 kick strip 2 (Small)
  66. Push the kick strip into position
    WMA 60 kick strip 1 (Small)
  67. Fit the door seal to the lip of the front casing

  68. Replace the door seal retaining wire securing the door seal to the front casing

  69. Clip the 2 parts into place

  70. Attach the wires to the control module

  71. Wires attached
    WMA 60 Console 4 (Small)
  72. From the right clip the console into the machine
    WMA 60 Console 3 (Small)
  73. From the left push the console into the machine to locate it
    WMA 60 Console 2 (Small)
  74. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the 3 console retaining screws
    WMA 60 Console 1 (Small)
  75. Replace the soap dispenser 
    WMA 60 Soap Dispencer removal (Small)
  76. Relocate the lid and slide forward to engage it

  77. Using the T15 torx spanner replace the 2 lid retaining screws
    WMA 60 lid 2
  78. Replace the 2 screw cover caps
    WMA 60 lid 1
