  3. Tools Required: A Phillips screwdriver

  6. Remove the oven grid

  7. Remove the oven drip tray

  8. Access is easier with the door removed so locate the hinges on both sides

  9. Lift the hinge latch on both hinges

  10. Fold the latch over as far as it will go

  11. Fold the latch over as far as it will go on the other hinge

  12. Lift the door up to the hinge latch

  13. Lift the door further to remove it from the appliance

  14. Remove the door from the appliance

  16. Inside the appliance locate the oven fan cover & using the phillips screwdriver remove the retaining screws

  17. Remove further oven fan cover retaining screws

  18. Remove further oven fan cover retaining screws

  19. Remove further oven fan cover retaining screws

  20. Remove the oven fan cover

  21. Oven fan cover removed with element exposed

  22. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the oven fan element retaining screws

  23. Remove 2 further oven fan element retaining screws

  24. Grip the element and pull it away from the appliance

  25. Make a note of the wires (a photograph is useful) and remove them BIMS31 Oven Fan Element 5
  26. Oven fan element removed

  27. Take the new fan element from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  28. Connect the wires to the new oven fan element

  29. Locate the new fan element into the appliance

  30. Replace the oven fan element retaining screws

  31. Replace further oven fan element retaining screws

  32. New oven fan element in place

  33. Replace the oven fan cover

  34. Replace the oven fan cover retaining screws

  35. Replace further oven fan cover retaining screws

  36. Replace further oven fan cover retaining screws

  37. Replace further oven fan cover retaining screws

  38. Offer the door up to the appliance to locate the hinges

  39. Feed the hinges into the appliance on both sides

  40. Lower the door to its open position

  41.  Lower the door to its open position

  42. Fold the latches back into the locked position on both sides

  43. Fold the latches back into the locked position on both sides

  44. Replace the oven drip tray

  45. Replace the oven grid

  46. The appliance is now ready for use
