  2. Safety first remove plug from mains socket

  3. Tools required are a pair of mole grips and a phillips screwdriver.

  4. Using the phillips screwdriver remove 2 screws and remove lid.

  5. Using the phillips screwdriver remove inner screws both sides of door

  6. Using the phillips screwdriver remove 2 outer screws and remove door panel

  7. Using the phillips screwdriver remove 2 screws and remove front bottom closure.

  8. Using the phillips screwdriver remove screws and remove side panels

  9. Lay the machine on its back to expose the bottom use a cloth to protect surface

  10. Using the phillips screwdriver remove retaining screws from bottom

  11. Using the phillips screwdriver remove retaining screws from cover plate

  12. Using the phillips screwdriver remove retaining screws and remove legs

  13. Using the phillips screwdriver remove remaining screws

  14. Remove metal cover plate

  15. Lift base panel from locating lugs on left side

  16. Un clip from the right side and remove base panel

  17. Using the phillips screwdriver remove screws to angled cover plate

  18. Using the phillips screwdriver remove further  screws to angled cover plate

  19. Remove angled cover plate

  20. Using the phillips screwdriver remove retaining screws to plastic bottom

  21. Using the phillips screwdriver remove further retaining screws to plastic bottom

  22. You can now pull the plastic bottom towards you, do not remove completely.

  23. Using the mole grips release the corbin clip securing  heater to the sump hose.

  24. Remove heater unit from sump hose.

  25. Make a note of the wires and remove them. (A photograph is useful)

  26. Release the corbin clip from the spray arm manifold and remove heater.

  27. Take the heater from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  28. Refit the spray arm manifold to the heater and refit the corbin clip.

  29. Refit the wires.

  30. Fit the new heater to the sump hose and refit the corbin clip using mole grips.

  31. You can now push the plastic bottom back in and relocate back in appliance.

  32.  Using the phillips screwdriver refit  retaining screws to plastic bottom

  33. Using the phillips screwdriver refit further retaining screws to plastic bottom

  34. Replace angled cover plate

  35. Using the phillips screwdriver refit  screws to angled cover plate

  36.  Using the phillips screwdriver refit further  screws to angled cover plate

  37. Re-clip from the right side and replace base panel.

  38. Lift base panel into locating lugs on left side

  39.  Refit metal cover plate

  40. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the screws

  41. Using the phillips screwdriver refit the legs

  42. Using the phillips screwdriver replace remaining screws

  43. Using the phillips screwdriver replace retaining screws to bottom.

  44. The appliance can now be stood up

  45.  Using the phillips screwdriver replace side panels and replace screws.

  46. Using the phillips screwdriver replace bottom closure securing with 2 screws

  47. Using the phillips screwdriver replace door panel securing the 2 outer screws

  49. Using the phillips screwdriver replace lid securing with 2 screws
