  6. Open the door & remove the door panel retaining screws

  7. Remove the door panel retaining screws on both sides

  10. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the side panel retaining screws

  11. Open the door & remove the screws behind the rubber edge cover

  12.  Remove the screws behind the rubber edge cover

  13. Remove further screws to the side panel

  14. Remove 2 further screws to the side panel

  15. Remove further screws to the side panel

  16. Remove 2 further screws to the side panel

  17. Remove the Side Panel & repeat on the other side

  18. With the door closed locate the lower door seal

  19. Remove the lower door seal retaining springs

  20. Remove the lower door seal from the appliance casing

  21. Locate the spring wire adjuster on top of the appliance

  22.  Using the 4mm hex key release the tension on the spring adjustment wire

  23. Release the tension on the spring adjustment wire on the other side

  24. Spring wire adjuster released

  25. Grip the plastic spring protector and slide it upwards to expose the spring

  26. The spring is now exposed connected to the door hinge

  27. With the door in the closed position grip the spring & push downwards to unhook

  28. Spring unhooked from the door hinge now repeat on the other side

  29. Unclip the door hinge from the door on both sides

  30. Using a flat head screwdriver release the door hinge pin retaining washer

  31. Remove the door hinge pin retaining washer

  32. Push the door hinge pin out

  33. Grip the door hinge pin and remove it

  34. Door hinge pin removed now repeat on the other side

  35. Grip the lower door seal and pull it away from the door

  36. Completely remove the lower door seal from the door

  37. Lower door seal removed from the door

  38. Take the new door seal from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  39. Fit the new lower door seal to the door

  40. Make sure the lower door seal fits correctly all along the door

  41. New lower door seal in place on the door

  42. Relocate the door onto the appliance and install the door hinge pin

  43. Install the door hinge pin on the other side

  44. Replace the door hinge pin retaining washer

  45. Using a pair of pliers squeeze the washer into place

  46. Clip the door hinge onto the door on both sides

  47. Hinge in place

  48. Grip the door spring & push downwards to hook onto the door hinge

  49. Door spring in place on the door hinge

  50. Slide the spring protector over the door spring now repeat on the other side

  51. Using the 4mm hex key readjust the tension on the spring adjustment wire

  52. Readjust the tension on the spring adjustment wire on the other side

  53. Spring wire readjusted

  54. Fit the new lower door seal onto the appliance casing

  55. Feed the lower door seal all the way along the appliance casing

  56. Refit the lower door seal retaining clips

  57. Push the lower door seal retaining clips into position

  58. Lower door seal retaining clips in place
    DI620 Lower Door Seal 12
  59. Replace the side panels on both sides

  60. Using the phillips screwdriver replace 2 screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 5
  61. Replace further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 4
  62. Replace 2 further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 3
  63. Replace further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 2
  64. Replace further screws to the side panels behind the rubber edge cover
    DI620 Side Panel 6
  65.  Replace further screws to the side panels behind the rubber edge cover
    DI620 Side Panel 7
  66. Replace further screws to the side panels
    DI620 Side Panel 1
  67. Replace the door panel
    DI620 Door Panel 3
  68. Open the door & replace the door panel retaining screws
    DI620 Door Panel 2
  69. Replace the door panel retaining screws on both sides
    DI620 Door Panel 1
