  2. Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket

  3. Tools Required: A Phillips Screwdriver & a Flat Head Screwdriver
    Phillips & small flat screwdriver (Small)

  5. Using the phillips screwdriver remove the handle retaining screws

  6. Remove further handle retaining screws

  7. Gently pull the handle and door glass away from the door

  8. Gently remove the door glass away from the door track at the bottom

  9. Door glass removed from bottom track

  10. Oven door glass and handle removed now open the door

  11. Using a flat head screwdriver raise the hinge locking latch

  12. Twist the locking latch over as far as it will go

  13. Using a flat head screwdriver raise the hinge locking latch on the other hinge

  14. Twist the locking latch over as far as it will go

  15. Close the door a small amount until the door comes up against the locking latch

  16. Check the door comes up against the locking latch on the other hinge

  17. Now lift the door away from the cooker cabinet

  18.  Lift the door away from the cooker cabinet on both sides

  19. Hinge removed from the cooker cabinet

  20. Hinge removed from the cooker cabinet on the oposite side

  21. Turn the door over and remove the hinge retaining screws

  22. Remove the hinge from the door

  23. Remove the hinge retaining screws on the opposite side

  24. Remove the hinge from the door

  25. Remove the door lower trim

  26. Door with hinges removed

  27. Take the new oven inner door & glass from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance

  28. Replace the door lower trim

  29. Fit the hinge to the new door

  30. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the hinge retaining screwsK341G Hinge 3
  31. Fit the hinge to the new door on the opposite side

  32. Using the phillips screwdriver replace the hinge retaining screws

  33. Locate the hinges into the cooker cabinet

  34. Locate the hinges into the cooker cabinet on both sides

  35. Push the hinges well into the cabinet

  36. Push the hinges well into the cabinet on both sides

  37. Open the door fully & raise the hinge locking latch

  38. Push the hinge locking latch down into position

  39. Raise the hinge locking latch on the opposite side

  40. Push the hinge locking latch down into position
    K341G Inner Door 1d
  41. Fit the door glass into the bottom door track

  42.  New door glass in bottom door track
    K341G Oven Door Glass 4
  43. Locate the door handle and glass into the door, lining up the screws correctly

  44. Handle and door glass in place

  45. Using the phillips screwdriver tighten the door handle retaining screws
    K341G Oven Door Glass 2
  46. Tighten further door handle retaining screws
    K341G Oven Door Glass 1
  47. The appliance is now ready for use
