How to fit a washing machine door hinge
Safety first remove plug from mains socket
Tools required Phillips screwdriver and 8mm spanner
Remove retaining screw and remove door seal perimeter retaining band
Using the 8mm spanner remove 2 retaining bolts and remove door
Using the 8mm spanner remove 2 retaining bolts from door
Remove hinge
Take door hinge from its package ensuring its correct for your appliance
Fit new hinge to door assembly
Using the 8mm spanner replace the 2 retaining bolts (Do not over-tighten)
Replace the door to appliance with 2 bolts fixed through the outer casing
Refit the doorseal and retaining band to the outer perimeter of doorseal and fix
