How to replace the oven grill burner on an Indesit cooker
- Safety First:Remove the Plug from the Mains Socket
- Tools required: Phillips screwdriver and a 12mm spanner
- This video is for guidance only any work carried out on the gas supply must be carried out by a gas safe registered approved engineer

- Open the door and locate the oven grill burner
- Locate the injector unit
- Using the 12mm spanner release the injector unit retaining nut
- Remove the injector unit retaining nut
- Retaining nut removed
- Remove the injector unit from its bracket
- Injector unit removed from its bracket
- Using the phillips screwdriver release the oven grill burner retaining screw
- Remove the oven grill burner retaining screw
- Oven grill burner retaining screw removed
- Remove the oven grill burner from the appliance with deflector attached
- Oven grill burner and deflector removed
- Using the phillips screwdriver remove the deflector retaining screws
- Remove further deflector retaining screws
- Remove the deflector from the burner
- Deflector removed from burner
- Remove the injector unit bracket retaining screw
- Remove the injector unit bracket from the burner
- Deflector and bracket removed
- Take the oven burner from its package ensuring its correct for the appliance
- Replace the injector unit bracket onto the new burner
- Replace the injector unit bracket retaining screw
- Replace the deflector onto the oven grill burner
- Replace the deflector retaining screws
- Replace further deflector retaining screws
- Using the phillips screwdriver tighten the deflector retaining screws
- Deflector and bracket in place on the oven grill burner
- Fit the new oven grill burner to the appliance with deflector attached
- Replace the oven grill burner retaining screw
- Using the phillips screwdriver tighten the oven grill burner retaining screw
- Replace the injector unit into its bracket
- Replace the injector unit retaining nut
- Using the 12mm spanner tighten the injector unit retaining nut
- Injector unit in place
- New oven grill burner in place
- The appliance is now ready for use
