Great service - and advice
The glass lid arrived on the date promised and was excellently packaged so that it arrived in perfect condition. We then contacted Yourspares for advice on how to install it. They did not have a manual but did provide a technical drawing that allowed us to install the lid correctly. Thanks Yourspares!
FYI - this product requires 4 x screws that can be found on the original glass lid. They appear to be about 4-6mm long and are self tapping. They pass through holes in the hinges and screw into the metal bar at the back of the lid. We found that only the hinge on the left hand side (looking from the front) is attached to the compression spring. The hinge on the right hand side is 'loose' even though there is a spring there also.
