I found customer services very helpful indeed
The replacement outer door for my 2002 Cannon cooker was fine except that the screw hole on one of the small brackets glued to the inside of the new door at the bottom didn't quite line up with the screw hole on the oven door.
I have to be careful when opening & closing the door but my oven is usable again which is great.
