hotpoint dishwasher, df55year purchased 2003

the machine is not running though washing cycles, I assume the timer is faulty, if so would this be a direct replacement,
or would there be another possible fault

  Hello Rex, yes this part is suitable for the df55 and is a genuine spare part. If faulty it could prevent your washing machine from running through the cysles however I am unable to advise on whether or not this would fix your appliance but if you are unsure it is worth getting a service engineer to advise the fault.
