Tumble dryer belt tensioner jockey wheel.
Item came quicker than I expected, exactly as ordered. Cannot ask for more. I knew this would not fit my White Knight 23-year old machine (parts no longer available), but I managed to remodel the bracket to make it fit in the right position. The wheel was the correct diameter, so I reckoned it should work.. Took some effort, but works OK now.
