internal diameter of connectors

we have a hotpoint dishwasher that is about 15 years old. The drain hose needs replacing. The end that connects to the pump has an internal dimension of approximately one inch. Any ideas.

We have a Hotpoint WM79 but your list of machines for this hose only shows WM79P. Also, the connector on the end of the existing hose has a thumb screw which this one doesn't seem to have from the picture. Would you advise? Many thanks, Alan Wright.
