I suspect that the original design of these wheels was particularly poor, as have had 2 of them break.

Cost for just a wheel seems expensive, but yourspares.co.uk had the cheapest that I could find.

Delivery took 7 days (speed of Royal snail!), packaging was sensible and appropriate. Then again, I can survive a few extra days, so not really time critical.

Pop on/off fitting needed to be quite forceful, but these wheels are more robust than the original ones, and slightly thicker. This means that they don't wobble as much when pulling the basket out and in, and are therefore less likely to break than the original due to torsional forces on the wheel itself.

I can't help feeling that the original basket wheels in my Indesit IDL40 were substandard. Replacing all the wheels would cost £40+!

Service and product were good, one star dropped because I think spares prices are a rip off (despite this being the cheapest site I could find).
