The face is a little dark but apart from that it does a good job.
I always keep it in the main oven of the aga.

Bought to test a new Bosch double oven which on fan seemed too hot.
A well made device that's easy to read and works well. Great value too.
And yes, it did confirm the oven was hotter than the dial would have you believe.. Recommended..

An excellent product. Easy to read and monitor the oven temperature which enabled me to continue using my oven until the replacement thermostat was fitted. Delivered within 48hrs of ordering so well pleased with both the thermometer and the service.

Handy little device 5 stars 5 out of 5

Ordered this to check that my oven was working at the correct temperature for any given setting. It conveniently either sits on its base or hangs from any shelf within the oven. It verified that my oven was reaching the correct set temperature as displayed on the cooker selection knob. Not sure how accurate the device is but its temperature indicated was within +- 5 degrees of my oven setting. Job done.
The unit is small and unobtrusive so it could be left in the oven permanently, its display is easy to read through my oven glass door. Very happy with it.
Delivered quickly despite current pandemic and good value, thank you Yourspares.
