Just the job
I had to shorten the long adapters with a junior hacksaw for our Belling cooker. Otherwise, they fitted perfectly. Moreover, the cut ends were a much firmer fit in the knobs.
There was one drawback: The knobs didn't all sit in their correct, upright positions on the spindles. I've had this problem with this type of knob before. It took a bit of swapping around between adapters and knobs to get them more or less correct. This is a design flaw, and the reason that I can only give them four stars.

Good at the price
Have you ever had a cooker knob break and discovered that a replacement will cost anything up to £30? That's if you can find a supplier that isn't out of stock. This set of knobs will most likely save the day.
They work well enough though with a couple of minor niggles.
1) The adapters have no springs; and while they are a neat fit on the shafts (no slop), they pull off a little too easily. No doubt a dab of something sticky would fix this.
2) The way in which the adapters attach to the knobs restricts your choice of angle to the nearest 15 degrees. There may be no way to get the knob upright when in the Off' position. Apart from the aesthetics, this will have to be allowed for if the knob sets your oven temperature. Better design could have eliminated this problem.
All that having been said, they're still good value. Also, if your original knob is intact except for the spindle (a common failure), and if your DIY skills are up to it, you could try cutting the broken spindle off the old knob and solvent welding an adapter in its place. I'm going to give it a go.
Update: I cut a deep notch into the end of a long spindle so that the remaining edges would go all the way into the knob. It's glued in with araldite and stronger than the original. It's also angled perfectly.

Good enough at the price
The knobs were for a Belling cooker (model uncertain). The small adapters were a good fit on the spindles but I had to shorten the long ones to get the right length. This isn't difficult with a junior hacksaw. The cut ends are a much tighter fit in the knobs than the original ones. If you're using the full length, you'll most likely want to glue them in, but don't rush in because ---.
This is the second batch of this kind of knob I've used and both have had the same problem: the assembled knobs don't all sit at the correct angle. After much swapping of adapters between knobs, I eventually found a combination that was good enough.
