The old part broke (the big orange bit) when someone pulled too hard to open the door, rather than pulling to the left and out.
This is a little bit tricky to fit - mainly about getting all the parts in the right order and the right way round, but once fitted works well.
This is the second time I have replaced this part - it is more of a design failing rather than a problem with the spare part, and the part is cheap.
