Hello, we have not tried this charger with higher capacity batteries than 2500 but it will charge the lower capacity batteries

What is the warranty period on this item ?
I bought one of these some time ago because I thought my other charger had stopped working, but the previous one kept going so I never used this one until now and it doesn't work.
The charge light comes on green but doesn't flash red when the batteries are inserted and the batteries have still not charged after 3-4 hours.27 Dec 2012 by Steve
