When noise cancelling is deactivated, operate as passive headhones with good sound characteristics which are further improved when attenuation is activated
Power supply via 1 x 1.5V battery AAA size, not supplied
Supplied with protective bag, stereo cable (1.5m) with plug-in connector at the headphones as well as two plug-in adapters

Noise cancelling means, that annoying ambient noise is reduced, e.g. on a plane, train or in very loud working environments. A microphone which is attached to the headphones constantly monitors the monotonous repeating ambient noise and creates an inversely phased signal. Conclusion: the unwanted ambient noise is reduced and the pleasure of listening considerably improved.
