    door seal fitting

    my parents have a hotpoint SY22W built under cooker which is some years old now, they are in their 80's. They do not have a computer and asked me to look at getting a new door seal for them for their cooker. Having searched the web I have found that you stock the item in question, I need to clarify that this seal does not require the holes on the cooker corners that my oven requires, it appears that their seal is fitted into a slot/groove in the oven facia. Can you advise that this is the case for the seal that they require for their oven. I need to make sure before i buy as i do not live near them and will be making their own arrangements for the fitting, we do not want them to have to bother with returning the wrong item.

      I have checked with the manufacturer with you model number and this is the correct seal for the oven
