hi,although it states the part will fit my motor it appears different to the old part off the acc motor!the brush ive removed looks similiar except the one in my hand dosent have the 90 degree bend at the end, will this make a difference im no expert so please forgive my ignorance,cheers,duncan.

Hotpoint WDF740 P UK

Hello,

I'm just replacing the brushes on my Hotpoint WDF740PUK washer dryer. Similar to the question posted by Duncan a few years ago on this page, my brushes look exactly the same as the one he posted (i.e. without the 90 degree bend at the end).

It's a Nidec motor (type 20584.453 - if that's of any help?)

Could you advise if his part is compatible with my machine? Or alternatively suggest one that will be?
