When limescale builds up in a kettle, even after descaling the kettle the deposits can damage and reduce the efficiency of the spout filter. It was definitely time I replaced the filter in my kettle and placing an order was easy with quick delivery and postage included. Excellent value for this pack of 2 Russell Hobbs kettle spout filters.
