Good like for like.
Good replacement bit of kit, but if anything the pipe I would say is slightly (just a tad), short so the pipe sticks down a bit when operating the hover with the pipe/hoe housed, but all works ok.

Hose broke - but really good customer service
Okay, there's always the time when an item breaks - and, unfortunately, the vaccuum hose broke on the second or third time I did the stairs. However, when I raised the issue, customer services replied within 1 business day, sent me the freepost address and, on receipt of the item, quickly refunded the money: I don't think you can ask for more.
