    Would I only require this part if my door latch no longer works.

    My door catch is not broken just the door door catch when the door is shut does not always stay as it does as new.

    is this the correct part?

    Hi I have a hotpoint aquarius tdl31 tumble dryer and it has stopped working I believe because the spring on door catch is not clicking the door shut and so dryer won't operate. Is this the part I need that keeps the door shut? Is it hard to change? Thanks

      This is the spring for the door latch, unfortunatley i could not tell you how easy it would be to fit, you would really need top speak to a service engineer
