Quick service spare part 5 stars 5 out of 5

Quick service for order and delivery of a spare part I ordered for the knob on the glass lid of my slow cooker. The only request I have for future deliveries is please send it in separate parts instead of screwed together. As it wouldn't fit through my letterbox and I had to travel to collect at the royal mail depot. Also the screw was very tight and I needed help to undo it to put on my glass lid. Other than that I'm very pleased with my order.
