This kit includes a 106 and a 130 deg thermostats. The 130 deg is a One shot stat . Please take note that both stats must be fitted because if the one shot has operated, the auto reset will also have been blown or be faulty as it works at a lower temperature.

An excellent fix!
Bought these after discovering that the heater element on my old dryer was still ok, but that one of the 2 thermostats had ‘failed’. Further ‘research’ (via the internet, of course) revealed that while one of the thermostats is designed to cycle on and off, the second (green spot) is a safety device, which is a ‘one shot’ device.
Changing the thermostats was simple, the only ‘thinks bubble’ was deciding which of the 2 was the ‘green spot’ replacement, as the replacements are not differentiated, apart from the small temperature stamping on the cases. For anyone reading this, the green spot replacement is the higher temperature one (130 C), while the lower temperature one (106 C) is the ‘cycling’ one. (Blindingly obvious when you think about it).
Service was excellent - parts arrived about a week earlier than initially stated when ordered.
Overall, price, and delivery was excellent. Will certainly use this company again for White Goods spares. Thanks to all at Your Spares.

Tumble dryer thermostat kit
It would be handy if the green spot replacement was identified.

Works fine but..
These are a good price and work OK but the ones that I received had no green spot or any indication as to which replaced which. It took some time to find this out. Suggest a little sticker or note attached to packet. For readers who buy the same the 130 is the green spot replacement, usually the left hand of the two.

Tumble drier stat set
I searched the internet and these were the cheapest by far. Other sites wanted up to £70 for a set.
Fitting the stats could not be simpler.
Great site, would definitely use them again.
