Review: Prompt and efficient

I ordered a part for my tumble dryer door (the catch had broken so it wasn't shutting or turning on). The other option was for us to pay around £80 for an engineer so we looked on line and found the aprt on the yourspares for a fraction of the cost. I received regular e-mails to update me on the status of my order and the part arrived within a few days. My partner was able to fix the machine in about 10 minutes so we are very pleased with the service.
