Review: Very disappointed
Part delivered was not what was ordered and was not adequately packaged so was damaged. Contacted customer services who indicated part was equivalent - I pointed out the price difference but had no response. When I order a specific part I expect to get that part delivered in suitable packaging. I repaired the damage and fitted the part - to be fair customer service asked me to send it back and they would send a new one, but as I cannot be sure it will be what I want and undamaged I cannot be bothered. If yourspares sends me the correct part in good condition I will send back the damaged one and be a happy customer, until then I will not use them again
