We purchased a gift for our nephew, unfortunately it arrived on the 20th December damaged. Two phone calls later and a replacement arrived direct from the suppliers on the 24th December.
We can all make mistakes, the way they are rectified is what matters.
Thanks very much for going the extra mile.
Would have been 5 stars if the gift had arrived perfect in the first place.
