Our machine stopped working and error message appeared - F01, online we were advised to purchase new part. We paid £94 plus £12.00 postage for the part to arrive the next day. We installed it but IT DID NOT WORK. Another error message appeared on the screen stating F12. The 2 circuit boards are not exactly the same - so disappointed! Unable to fix. Had to purchase new washiness machine.
