Review: completely incompetant

this company has a ridiculous mail system. a week after i asked them to check my part number i had a mail saying your question has been approved, i thought that was an odd way of saying i has selected the correct part but went ahead and bought it. then i got a mail asking for part numbers that i had already given them. them 11 days later i chased them again and was told they approve questions before answering them. then i find i had the wrong part so had to buy another and return the 1st, despite me asking, they did not refund my extra postage. all in ,this took over a month to get the correct part(hopefully as i haven fitted it yet) i wont deal with these again
