Review: Rubbish

I ordered a part on 14th April via their website, which said that it was in stock and promised that day despatch. On 17th the part hadn't arrived and the order status was still "processing" so I phoned, to be told that it would be despatched that afternoon. On complaining the only response I had was "do you want to cancel the order then?". Spent all Easter with family visitors washing up by hand and it still didn't arrive on Tuesday 22nd. I phoned again to be told it was out for despatch that day! I gave up at that point and cancelled the order, preferring to place an order with a company who really did have the stock available.
