Review: Restored my faith in online spares ordering!

Ordering spares - or anything for that matter - online can be a frustrating/infuriating process. This time however, I was pleasantly surprised; the ordering process was quick and easy. I wanted to order a new kettle filter for a neighbour - all I had was the brand and product number - and , considering the hundreds of options out there and different types, I managed to identify the right one ...AND the right one was sent (even more amazing in this day and age!) Postage/packing was included, so it worked out cheaper than some of the other sites I tried. it came 2nd class post, so I had to wait a few days, but altogether it was a breeze. My neighbour was delighted, and so was I. I was very pleased with the service and would use the company again - yourspares.co.uk.
