Review: Expensive First class delivery took 6 days!

I ordered a simple washing machine door hinge so not a big item that's hard to post and decided to pay the extra for first class delivery so I could wash my clothes quicker yet it took 6 days to get to me! If i had known how slow the delivery would take I would have just had standard delivery and waited 1 extra day! Not good considering competitors are only 50p more expensive for the item but offer free next day delivery!
