Review: Item received, but appears to be a customer return

Item arrived promptly, but one soldering item tip tarnished as if it has been put through a heating cycle. Also there is a visible "tear line" on the packing suggesting it has been opened, re-sealed, then returned. Contacted the sales department who advised that this item is dispatched direct from the suppliers and that it does appear a return has got mixed up with their brand-new stock. Asked to dispose of the item and as at 09/06/2014, I am awaiting a replacement.
