Review: 10/10

A fast and efficient service and an excellent product. My washing machine is as good as new now. I wonder if all the washing machines you see at the tip could have been saved by a £7.99 pack of brushes? I was nervous in case the brushes wouldn't be the right size -but they were perfect (for my hotpoint WM52P). When I phoned Hotpoint directly, the woman was not helpful or interested - so a very big thank you.
