Review: Not very helpful

Required a transparent left hand salad drawer. Purchased from website based on picture and description. Sent me an opaque white drawer. When queried was told not longer supply transparent items of this range. Despite item incorrect on website, did lot offer to rectify by sending the right hand drawer free of charge or discounted. Attitude was either accept it or send it back.
