Review: Great service let down by Royal Mail Delivery

Online ordering system easy to use. Email to say order had been despatched, within the timeframe quoted. Perfect. Royal Mail tried to deliver but we were out. Parcel taken to local Post Office for collection - who lost the package for a whole week. Now have the goods - as described on the web. Will definitely use this website again
