I recently ordered a drum paddle from Yourspares, after much deliberation I thought I had the right one - I didn't!. I used the Live Chat function on the site which I wish I'd seen before and spoke to Rob who was most helpful and checked for the correct one. Ordered and received within 2 days, washing machine up and running in 5 minutes. Low prices for essential spares which cost a fortune elsewhere not to mention the cost of the plumber to fix it. Highly recommended.
