Review: Good service.. Poor attention to detail 4 stars

Easy to order and competitive price. Ordered 3 de scalers for coffee machine.., only 2 arrived. Helpful lady on phone arranged the missing item BUT poorly packed and leaking on arrival..today.. Will need replaced., .. Sadly wastes every bodies time and their postage . Will try once more see if arrives intact..
