Review: Slower than expected

Disappointed that "Free delivery...delivered in 5-7 working days" turned out to be 'order ignored for 7 days then sent, so more like 14 working days'. YMMV and obviously other delivery options may be quicker, but I couldn't especially recommend on the basis of this, admittedly one, experience. Also it may be worth noting that the item itself was slightly suspect insofar as the coil wasn't central on the housing, but to be fair this may be a manufacturer quality issue and it wasn't so bad it was worth the hassle of exchanging it. Hence an honest 3 stars for less than ideal experience overall.
