Review: Good service - poor part!

I ordered a replacement paddle for a Panasonic breadmaker - if the part was, as stated, genuine Panasonic then Panasonic need to get sorted. I am not convinced it was genuine - the non-stick coating was coming off before any use, and the paddle had a protruding seam on one edge - very different to the original part it was replacing. On the plus side, Yourspares service has been good, and they refunded without question.
